By creating an account, purchasing a search, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

East Cove Lead Intelligence is a business intelligence service that helps you discover businesses and attempts to identify relevant decision-makers and contact information.

The Service is intended to assist your research. We do not promise that every business will have an identifiable decision-maker or a verified contact.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Protecting your credentials
• Activity performed through your account

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service, and you must use the Service in a lawful manner and in compliance with these Terms.

• Searches are generally purchased individually, unless another plan or product is explicitly offered.
• Pricing is displayed before you complete a purchase.
• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• Applicable taxes may apply where required.

Refund requests, where applicable, are handled in accordance with applicable law and any refund terms presented at the time of purchase.

East Cove works to identify relevant businesses and decision-makers, but the results depend on information available from third-party sources. Accordingly:

• Availability of businesses, decision-makers, and contact information varies by industry, geography, business, and data source.
• East Cove does not guarantee a particular number of businesses, decision-makers, email addresses, phone numbers, or verified contacts.
• Data can become outdated or change over time.
• You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal activity
• Fraud
• Harassment
• Spam that violates applicable law
• Unlawful discrimination
• Violating privacy or data-protection laws
• Circumventing technical protections
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Unauthorized scraping or automated access to East Cove itself
• Resale or redistribution of the East Cove platform itself without our permission

Nothing in this section restricts your normal, lawful use of business intelligence you have purchased for legitimate sales and marketing activity.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when you use contact information obtained through the Service, including laws relating to marketing, privacy, communications, and anti-spam requirements. East Cove does not determine whether your outreach is legally compliant.

• The East Cove software, branding, website, workflows, interfaces, and proprietary technology belong to East Cove Systems LLC or its licensors.
• You receive only the right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• You retain ownership of the information you submit.

East Cove relies on third-party platforms and data providers to deliver the Service. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or errors caused by third-party services that are beyond our reasonable control.

The Service may be updated, modified, temporarily unavailable, or changed as the product evolves. We may add, alter, or discontinue features from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the data will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, East Cove and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless East Cove Systems LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for fraud, illegal use, security threats, abuse, or material violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. East Cove Systems LLC is a Texas company.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Where legally permissible, your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
